Welcome and Hello

The Trigathon Challenge

The idea is quite simple really.

The challenge is to find all 7 Trig pillars in the shortest distance possible.

You can be slow or fast

On your own or with others

It doesn't matter

The one thing we do ask is

Please stick to marked trails and footpaths

The area is covered in disused mines plus we always obey the countryside code

On the route tab, you will find a map and the What3word locations plus the grid coordinates

You must print your entry number and place it by the base of the Trig pillar, where the ID plate is.

This should be sent to me with your evidence of the recorded route.

Strava, Garmin etc

You start at your Pillar of choice, make your way to the other six pillars before returning to the one you started at.

Mission completed

We started and finished at Zennor Head, there is good parking there and a pub finish!

The challenge will run from April 1st 2024 to March 31st 2026

With the winners announced afterwards

Health and Safety

.

If you are unwell, please do not turn up and try to run. The whole thing could unravel very quickly.

Look after yourself and your well being first

Please dress appropriately for the weather.

There is no kit list but take a look at the other events kit list, always good to go prepared.

PLEASE INFORM SOMEONE OF YOUR PLANS. START TIME, PREDICTED FINISH TIME AND A ROUGH IDEA OF WHAT ROUTE YOU WILL BE TAKING

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FULLY CHARGED PHONE

Please respect the environment and do not litter â€‹
