Race Info
All races require you to bring a photo ID, this can be a photocopy but must be clear and in colour.
If the race has mandatory kit, this must be complied with or you shall not run.
The venues and Bys Vyken Events hold no responsibility for your belongings or your vehicles.
In light of new government safety guidelines, please pay extra care attention when on the coast path or near large bodies of water. If you are unsure or feel unsafe, please make a marshal aware and we will get you to safety.
Please declare health conditions and any food intolerances. Please also make sure that the marshals are aware of any such intolerances.
Deliberate littering will result in a disqualification
Leaving gates open will result in a disqualification

Any deferrals are not refundable at the subsequent race

Running in a road, trail or coastal event is a potentially hazardous activity.
I should not enter unless I am medically able to undertake this event and also properly trained and equipped.
I agree to abide by any decisions of any race official or marshal and understand that any decisions made by the race organisers are final.
I assume all risks associated with participation in this event, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, light levels, traffic, animals and the condition of the trail, path or road. All such risks being known and appreciated by me. I am over 18 years of age.
Having read this disclaimer and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting entry, I, for myself and for anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Bys Vyken Events, all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose and I am aware and agree to the data protection conditions outlined.
I have read, understand and agree that my entry into this event is also subject to Bys Vyken Events Terms and Conditions and I am aware of the entry, refunds, deferrals and withdrawal rules, event cancellation policy and data protection details.
I also confirm that if I enter a person other than myself, that I have made them fully aware of the items in this disclaimer as well as the other Terms and Conditions and Refund and Deferral policy and that they too agree to them and have given their approval for me to confirm their understanding and acceptance of them and to sign to this effect on their behalf.
