All four races follow the same 4 mile circular route

The trail is testing and hilly with all the entanglements you expect in the woods.

Your guide to the race

This is a trail race on a 4 mile loop.

The race has a twist though with all four races starting at the same time, 8 am

You have the choice of 3, 6, 9 or 12 hours and as the day progresses, the field of runners gets smaller and smaller

The course is marked with Bys Vyken arrows

Registration is from 6.30 am with the race brief at 7.45 am

There is plenty of parking but please consider car sharing

There will also be vendor stalls and refreshment stalls
